Customers pay with the Benefit debit card issued by their Bahraini bank — the card most people in the market already carry — rather than being asked for an international credit card.
BenefitPay app
Payments can be completed through the BenefitPay app, so a customer approves the charge on their phone instead of typing card details into a checkout page.
Bahraini dinar settlement
Charges are raised and settled in BHD, so the amount a customer sees is the amount they are billed, with no conversion step in between.
API key settings page
Enter your Benefit credentials once on the add-on's settings page. That connection is what lets GetBizApps process payments, verify transactions and manage payment operations.
Invoices and recurring charges
The gateway is wired to both one-off invoices and charges that repeat, so a subscription renewal is collected the same way as a single sale.
Plan purchases
On the superadmin side, customers buy and activate their platform plan through Benefit, paying in the method they are used to at the point of signing up.
Service payment collection
On the company side, Benefit collects for bookings, appointments, spa services, course purchases, hotel and room reservations, and similar customer transactions.
Real-time transaction tracking
Every payment is recorded as it happens, so the state of a charge is visible from the dashboard rather than reconciled from a bank statement later.
