GetBizApps

Healthcare

The administration behind the care.

Bookings and reminders at the front desk, supplies and equipment behind it, staff records and training around it, and the service feedback that tells you how it is landing. One system, only the modules you switch on.

This is administration, not clinical software. GetBizApps holds no patient medical records, no clinical notes, no prescribing and no diagnostic data. It runs the front desk, the store room, the equipment register, the staff file and the feedback loop — the work around care rather than the care itself.

Why healthcare businesses run on it

The front desk stops juggling calendars

Bookings, the questions you need answered before someone arrives, and the reminder that stops a no-show all sit in one place instead of across a diary, a phone and a spreadsheet.

Supplies and equipment on one register

What is in stock, at which site, what was bought from whom, and which machine is due for maintenance — read from the same system rather than assembled from three.

Staff administration that survives an audit

Employee records, documents, shifts and training with completion dates, so who is due a refresher is a question with an answer rather than a search.

Only the modules you run

Pricing is per add-on, per user, per term. A single-site clinic that needs appointments, stock and staff records is not paying for procurement it will never open.

The front desk

Bookings taken once, and remembered.

Most of what goes wrong at a reception desk is a scheduling problem wearing a clinical disguise: the double booking, the patient who arrived without the form filled in, the follow-up nobody called about.

Availability that matches the rota

Services are offered against your real business hours and chosen weekdays, so the slots on offer are the slots that exist.

Ask before they arrive

Build the questions the appointment depends on — radio, dropdown, checkbox or free text — so the answers are on the record before the person is in the room.

A link you can send

Every appointment type produces a link to send by email, message or wherever the patient already is, rather than a form they have to be talked through.

Status the whole desk can read

Pending, approved, complete or rejected on every booking, so two people covering one desk do not have to ask each other what happened.

Reminders on the channel they use

Email, SMS, WhatsApp or Slack, fired a set number of days before the date, with a daily repeat for the ones that must not be missed.

Proof it was sent

Delivery logs record what went, when, and whether it succeeded — which is what turns a missed appointment into a fact rather than an argument.

GetBizApps Suite gives our reception team a clearer way to manage appointments and reminders. We spend less time checking separate calendars and can keep the day’s bookings organised.

Supplies

Stock counted where it actually sits.

Consumables move between departments faster than any spreadsheet is updated. Counting per location, with a reorder point that tells you before the shelf is bare, is most of the problem solved.

Stock per location

Quantities are held per store rather than as one figure, so the question is whether the item is where it is needed, not whether it exists somewhere.

Reorder alerts

Set the level at which an item counts as low and be told. Replenishment starts before a department starts borrowing from another one.

Adjustments with approval

Expiry write-offs, breakages and recounts all carry their documentation and an approval step, so a changed figure has a reason and a name against it.

Sourcing with a record

Run a request for quote with real line items, take bids and documents through a portal, and rate applications rather than deciding over three phone calls.

Shortlist and interview

Move suppliers through stages and track interviews with a pending, confirmed or cancelled status, so a shortlist is a recorded position.

Onboarded as a vendor

The supplier you chose becomes a vendor record you can raise a purchase against, rather than a name in somebody's contacts.

Tracking supplies across departments used to involve several spreadsheets. With Inventory and Procurement in GetBizApps, our team can check stock and organise purchasing from the same platform.

Equipment

Every machine on one register, with its maintenance.

Equipment administration is where a small gap becomes an expensive one: the unit nobody can find, the warranty that had three weeks left, the service that was somebody else's job.

Registered with its serial and warranty

Purchase cost, image, serial code and warranty period on the asset record, so identifying a unit and knowing whether it is still covered take one lookup.

Organised by location

The register is arranged by where things are, which is what makes a physical count possible rather than theoretical.

Assigned, with its condition

Assign a unit to a person and record the condition it went out in, with return status tracked automatically against the expected date.

Maintenance, scheduled

Preventive, corrective and emergency jobs with a priority, a technician, a status and what it cost — so servicing is planned rather than reactive.

Depreciation and book value

Choose a method and annual and accumulated depreciation are calculated for you, which is what finance needs from the same register operations use.

Work with an owner and a date

Equipment-related jobs become tasks with a named owner, a due date, a priority and the discussion kept on the task itself.

The Assets add-on has made equipment administration much easier. We have a central record of what we own, and Task Management helps us assign equipment-related work with clear responsibility.

Staff

Records and training in the same file.

In a care setting, staff administration is not paperwork for its own sake — a lapsed certification is a rota problem, a compliance problem and a patient-safety problem at once.

One record per person

The details the rest of the suite reads from, with contracts and identification stored against the person they belong to.

Departments and designations

Who sits where and does what, which is what makes a rota, an approval chain and a report by department possible.

Attendance, leave and shifts

Daily attendance, leave requests and the shifts your organisation actually runs, so who was in and who is off is one answer.

Training through its lifecycle

Scheduled, completed or terminated, with the branch, department, trainer and attendees recorded against it.

Who is due a refresher

Identify the staff whose mandatory refresher is due, so a lapsed certification is caught by the system rather than by an inspection.

Cost, carried to accounting

What a course cost links to the accounting add-on, so training spend is deducted and reported rather than reconstructed later.

What I appreciate most is having employee records and training information in one system. GetBizApps helps us keep staff administration organised and see who is due for refresher training.

Service

Ask how it went, then act on the answer.

Service feedback is only worth collecting if something happens to it. A rating tells you there is a pattern; a ticket with an owner is how the pattern gets fixed.

Ratings you can compare

A star rating gives you a number that holds still across departments and across months, which is what makes a trend readable.

The reason behind the score

A comment field alongside the rating captures the part a number cannot carry — and it is usually the part that is actionable.

Asked automatically

Pick the module and the activity that should prompt a request — an appointment completed, an invoice raised — so asking is not somebody's afternoon job.

Answers from everyone

Guests respond as readily as registered users, so you are not only hearing from the people who already have an account.

Issues as tickets

A raised issue carries its full conversation, files and a category, so the reply shows who said what and nothing is answered twice.

Open or closed, visibly

Status on every ticket, and a published FAQ for the questions that keep coming back, so the desk answers the new ones.

We wanted a more structured way to handle service feedback. GetBizApps helps us collect responses and track issues through Support Ticket, so our team knows what needs attention and who is handling it.

The month in numbers

Reporting you stop rebuilding by hand.

The figures a practice reviews every month are the same figures every month. Once bookings, stock, purchasing and staff sit in one system, the report is a view rather than a rebuild.

Ready to run

  • Product stock report
  • Attendance summary
  • Purchase invoice report
  • Leave report

Illustrative view — figures are examples, not customer data.

Whole-business overview

Finance, HR, inventory and operations on one screen, so performance is read across the practice rather than department by department.

Cash position

Money in and money out with enough forward visibility to see a shortfall while there is still time to do something about it.

Product stock report

Available stock, quantity and value by item, with out-of-stock lines highlighted rather than left to be noticed.

Purchase invoice report

Supplier bills, amounts paid and pending dues, filtered by vendor, store or month, so what falls due next is visible now.

Attendance and leave

Presence, absence, leave status, working hours and overtime in one report, filterable by branch and department.

Payroll sheet

Salary, deductions and net pay per employee, for checking a run before it goes out rather than after.

Whichever modules you run

What holds true across the platform.

These are not add-ons you switch on. They are how the Suite behaves once any of it is running.

Switch on what you need

Every capability on this page is an add-on. Start with appointments and stock, add training when the compliance load grows, and leave the rest off.

Branch and department scoping

Records and reports filter by branch and department throughout, so a site manager reads their own site rather than the group total.

Approvals where they matter

Stock adjustments and budgets both carry an approval step, so the places where a number can quietly change are the places somebody signs.

Audit trail with names on it

Modification history with timestamps and user attribution — the difference between knowing a figure changed and knowing who changed it.

Documents with access control

Contracts, certificates and supplier paperwork in folders with document types and controlled access, attached to the record they belong to.

Mobile apps

Several modules have companion mobile apps, so a stock check or a task update does not have to wait for somebody to reach a desk.

AI assistant

Drafting and summarising inside the workflow, with your team reviewing the wording before it goes anywhere.

Payments and integrations

Payment gateways, calendars, messaging and storage connect as add-ons, so the tools already in use around the practice stay in use.

FAQ

Healthcare questions, answered.

No. GetBizApps holds no patient medical records, clinical notes, prescriptions or diagnostic data. It covers the administrative side of a practice — appointments and reminders, supplies and procurement, equipment and maintenance, employee records and training, service feedback and support tickets, and reporting across them. It runs alongside whatever clinical system you use rather than replacing it.

Yes. Inventory holds stock per location, assets are organised by location, and HR records, training and reporting all carry branch and department, so a multi-site group can read one site at a time or the group as a whole.

The Training add-on follows each course from scheduled to completed, records the attendees and the outcome, and identifies the staff who are due for a mandatory refresher — so a lapsed certification surfaces before an inspection finds it.

Reminders send by email, SMS via Twilio, the WhatsApp API, Slack or Telegram. They fire a set number of days before the date, or on a date you pick, with an optional daily repeat, and every send is logged with whether it succeeded.

Pricing is per add-on, per user and per term, so it depends on which modules you switch on and how many people use them. A single-site clinic running appointments, inventory and HR pays for those three rather than for a full suite licence.

One platform, only the parts you run.

Start with the modules on this page and add the rest when you need them. We will walk you through it on your own numbers.
