You cannot switch this add-on on today, and it is not part of any GetBizApps Suite plan yet. This page is here so you know it is coming and can tell us if you need it — what customers ask for first is what gets built first.
What it will do
Google Wallet will let the business cards created in the vCard add-on be stored in the Google Wallet app on a phone. Every business created in vCard will appear in one list with an Add to Google Wallet button, and a saved card will be available from the app at any time, including offline, through View My Digital Card or by scanning its QR code. Connecting it will require a Google Wallet Issuer ID and a Google Wallet JSON file uploaded in settings, and the vCard add-on will need to be active first.

It will let users store and access their digital business cards directly from the Google Wallet app. Cards created in the vCard add-on will be saved securely to a mobile device, where they can be opened at any time and remain accessible offline.
Setup will be done in the add-on's settings, where you will enter your Google Wallet Issuer ID and upload your Google Wallet JSON file to establish the connection. The uploaded JSON file can also be downloaded again from that page.
Yes. Google Wallet will depend on the vCard add-on, which must be purchased and activated first, because the business cards it stores are the ones created there.
