PayPal connects GetBizApps to your own PayPal business account using client credentials entered in settings. Customers settle invoices, orders and plan purchases from their PayPal balance or a card, in the currencies your account supports. Payment status and refunds are written back to the document the charge was raised against.

PayPal account payments
Customers who already hold a PayPal account pay by logging in, without entering card details into a checkout they do not recognise.
Card payments
Customers without a PayPal account can still pay by card through the same checkout, so the option does not narrow who can buy.
Invoice and order payments
PayPal appears as a payment option against invoices and orders, so a document is settled directly rather than paid separately and reconciled after.
Currency handling
Charges are raised in the currencies your PayPal account supports, with the document's currency carried through to the payment.
Refunds and status write-back
Refunds processed through the integration and the resulting payment status are recorded against the invoice or order they relate to.
