Razorpay

UPI, wallets, net banking and cards — from India to ten markets.

Razorpay lets businesses accept, process and disburse payments across ten countries, from India and the UAE to the UK, Singapore, Australia and Canada. Indian customers pay by UPI, wallet, net banking or card, and charges can be raised in any of ten currencies. Real-time tracking means the payment state is visible as it happens.

Inside Razorpay

What you get when you switch it on.

UPI payments

Indian customers pay by UPI from their banking app, which for many is now the default way to settle a bill rather than a card.

Wallet and net banking

Wallet balances and direct net banking sit alongside UPI at checkout, so customers pick the route they already use.

Card payments

Cards are accepted through the same integration, covering domestic cardholders and customers paying from the other nine supported markets.

Ten-country coverage

India, the US, the Eurozone, the UK, Singapore, the UAE, Australia, Canada, China and Mexico are all served from one connection.

Ten-currency support

INR, USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AED, AUD, CAD, CNY and MXN, so an international customer is billed in a currency they recognise.

API key settings page

Razorpay credentials are entered on the settings page to establish secure communication between GetBizApps and the gateway.

Plan purchases

On the superadmin side, customers pay for their platform plan through Razorpay using any supported method.

Service payment collection

Companies collect for bookings, appointments, spa services, course purchases, hotel and room reservations and other customer transactions.

Where it earns its place

What teams switch Razorpay on for.

01

Indian businesses taking UPI

UPI at checkout matches how most Indian customers now pay, so a sale is not lost because someone did not want to type card details.

02

Billing customers abroad

An Indian business invoicing clients in the UK, Singapore or the UAE charges them in GBP, SGD or AED from the same gateway.

03

Bookings and course sales

Appointments, hotel reservations and course purchases are paid for as they are made, with the transaction tracked in real time.

How add-ons work

Razorpay is not a separate app.

It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.

01

Switch it on

Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.

02

It shares your data

The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.

03

Your roles still apply

Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.

04

Your price adjusts

It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.

See what Razorpay costs alongside the rest of your setup.

FAQ

Razorpay questions.

What people ask before switching this one on.

Cards, UPI, wallets and net banking. UPI is the one that matters most for Indian customers, since it lets someone approve a payment in their banking app rather than entering card details at checkout.

India, the United States, the Eurozone, the United Kingdom, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, China and Mexico. That makes it suitable for an Indian business with international customers as well as a purely domestic one.

INR, USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AED, AUD, CAD, CNY and MXN. A customer in Singapore can therefore be billed in Singapore dollars and one in Dubai in dirhams, from the same connection.

You enter your Razorpay credentials on the add-on's API key settings page, which establishes secure communication between the platform and the gateway. Razorpay is then available as a payment method across the account.

Platform plan purchases on the superadmin side, and on the company side payment for bookings, appointments, spa services, course purchases, hotel and room reservations and other customer transactions, all with real-time tracking.

Razorpay is a payment gateway add-on for GetBizApps Suite that enables businesses to accept, process and disburse payments through cards, UPI, wallets and net banking. It covers India, the United States, the Eurozone, the United Kingdom, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, China and Mexico, in INR, USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AED, AUD, CAD, CNY and MXN. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/razorpay.

Razorpay is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.

Razorpay runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.

Yes. Add-ons can be switched on and off as your needs change, and your subscription adjusts to match what is currently enabled.
