Add your API keys in settings and Stripe becomes a payment option against invoices, orders and plan purchases, charging in the currencies your account supports. Payment status and refunds are written back to the record the charge was raised for.

API key configuration

Your publishable and secret keys are entered in the add-on's settings, connecting GetBizApps to your own Stripe account rather than an intermediary.

Card payments

Customers pay by credit or debit card through Stripe's hosted checkout, so card details are handled by Stripe and never stored in GetBizApps.

Digital wallets

Wallet payments are offered where the customer's device and your Stripe account support them, reducing checkout to an approval rather than a form.

Invoice and order payments

Stripe appears as a payment option against invoices and orders, so a customer settles the document directly instead of paying separately and being matched later.

Currency handling

Charges are raised in the currencies your Stripe account is enabled for, with the document's currency carried through to the charge.

Refunds and status write-back

Refunds issued through the integration and the resulting payment status are recorded against the invoice or order, so the record reflects what was actually collected.

Getting invoices paid online

A customer settles an invoice by card from the document itself, and the invoice is marked paid without anyone matching a bank line to it.

Selling internationally

Charges are raised in whichever of your Stripe account's currencies the document uses, so overseas customers are billed in a currency they recognise.

Handling a refund cleanly

A refund is issued against the original charge and written back to the record, so the invoice or order shows the net position rather than the gross one.
