Responsibilities
- Manage the installation and configuration of software or hardware systems.
- Provide technical support and training to clients during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful deployment.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process of software or hardware solutions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
- Conduct system tests to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users for effective product use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after implementation.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in software or hardware implementation and technical support.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
