Job Brief:
We are looking for a dedicated Female Health Worker to provide professional health care services for women. As a Female Health Worker, your main focus will be on preventive care, family planning, and reproductive health. You will work with female patients of all ages, delivering medical services, counseling, emotional support, and guidance on various health and wellness topics.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical examinations and take detailed medical histories.
- Provide preventive health care services, as well as follow-up care for female patients.
- Offer services related to contraception, sexually transmitted infections, reproductive health, pregnancy, and more.
- Educate patients about relevant health issues and provide necessary guidance.
- Refer patients to other clinicians or specialists as required.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, including medical history, assessments, and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements and Skills:
- Possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
- Previous experience working in a medical setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and precautions.
- In-depth knowledge of female health-related topics and conditions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
