A Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing high-value client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role involves strategic planning, client engagement, and the development of personalized solutions to meet client needs. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, identifying and addressing client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention, and managing a portfolio of accounts by delivering tailored solutions and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and manage client accounts.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Oversee client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, leveraging payroll software in India for efficient management of compensation and benefits.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
