Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Testing Analyst to join our team. As a Testing Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing software, products, and systems to ensure quality standards are met. You will use various testing techniques and develop process improvements to advise on system functionality. Your role will be instrumental in finding, isolating, and reporting problems to the development teams to create better and more reliable products.
Responsibilities:
- Writing test plans and specifications: Develop test plans and design test cases based on requirements.
- Performing functional, non-functional, and regression testing: Run and evaluate tests for functionality, usability, compatibility, performance, and security.
- Reporting and documenting results: Relay feedback to development teams regarding any issues or bugs and document the results.
- Executing scripting and automation: Create scripts and automate test plans to increase test efficiency.
- Debugging applications: Identify issues, track defects, and provide corrective feedback.
- Recommending improvements: Explore ways to improve system performance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Technical Aptitude: Expertise in coding, software architecture, scripting, and automation.
- Problem-Solving: Logical approach when faced with issues, strong analytical skills, and ability to design solutions.
- Communication: Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with development teams, clearly document observations, and report errors.

Qualifications:
