What it will do
The Attendance mobile app will let employees check in and out in a few taps, with GPS geofencing and face or biometric verification confirming who marked the time and where, and offline sync holding the record until the phone reconnects. Shifts, breaks and overtime will be applied automatically, and staff will be able to open their own attendance history, work hours and overtime records without asking HR for them. Leave will be requested, approved and tracked in the same app with balances and history visible, alongside company announcements, attendance reminders and personal details such as shift timings and contact information.

Yes. Offline sync means a check-in made where there is no signal is stored on the device and uploaded once the phone reconnects, which matters for site and field work.
Yes. Employees will request leave, managers will approve it, and both will be able to track it, with leave balances and history visible in the app rather than requested from HR.
