What it will do
The Support Ticket mobile app will let agents work the helpdesk from a phone rather than a desk: create, edit, reply to and delete tickets, and read a queue showing each ticket's ID, customer name and email, subject, category, status and timestamp. Tickets will carry categories such as support, bug and new installation and statuses of on hold, in progress and completed, with private notes, mentions and shared ticket views for agents handling the same issue together. Knowledge base articles and FAQ entries will be editable from the app, push notifications will flag new activity, and drafts written offline will be held until the connection returns.

What people ask about an add-on that is still on the way.
Work the queue end to end — create a ticket, edit it, reply to the customer, view its full detail or delete it — and update status, notes and attachments while away from a desk. The ticket list shows the ID, customer name and email, subject, category, status and time, so the queue is readable on a phone screen.
Yes, for drafting. Work started offline is kept as a draft and syncs once connectivity returns, so an agent in a building with poor signal does not lose what they have written.
Yes. Knowledge base articles and FAQ entries can be created, edited and deleted from the app, and the knowledge base will synchronise with OneDrive, Google Drive and Zendesk.
