Purchase invoices repeat on the same mechanism, so the costs you incur on a fixed cycle are recorded on time rather than caught up later.
Interval scheduling
Choose daily, weekly or monthly, or use the custom option to set your own interval length — for example every one day — so the schedule matches the agreement rather than the other way round.
Cycle limits
The number of cycles field says how many times a document should be repeated. Switch on unlimited cycles instead and generation continues until you stop it.
Nightly generation
A daily cron job runs at midnight and duplicates invoices according to the intervals you set, so documents are waiting at the start of the day rather than created during it.
Admin and company setup
The feature is enabled and the daily cron job configured from the admin panel, then activated per company from the company panel — so each company opts in on its own terms.
