Option and order management
Add, remove and reorder the options on select and radio fields, and move fields up or down to arrange the sequence people answer them in.
Public form links
Each form gets a secure public URL you can share, and a toggle that activates or deactivates it — so a form stops accepting submissions the moment you want it to.
Response management
Submitted responses are stored in searchable data tables with filtering, full detail one click away, real-time response counts and completion rates, and the option to delete an individual submission.
Conversion into records
