Send events from GetBizApps into your n8n workflows as they happen.
n8n connects GetBizApps Suite to your n8n workflows through webhooks. You choose which add-on and which activity should fire, paste the webhook URL from n8n, and pick the HTTP method — after that, the relevant data is pushed the moment the event happens. Configuration sits in one place in System Settings, and the automation itself is built in n8n without code.

Webhook configuration
Paste the webhook URL from your n8n workflow, pick the add-on it belongs to, and the connection is live. Everything is set from System Settings.
Event triggers per add-on
Choose which activity in which module should fire the webhook, so a workflow runs on the specific thing you care about rather than on everything.
HTTP method selection
POST, PUT, GET, HEAD or PATCH, chosen per webhook so the request matches whatever the receiving workflow expects.
Real-time transmission
The webhook fires as the event happens. Creating a user sends that user's details to n8n immediately, with no scheduled job in between.
Relevant fields only
Each event transmits the fields that belong to it — user details, invoice data — rather than pushing an entire record across for the workflow to sift.
Cross-module coverage
Webhooks can be attached across Support Ticket, Sales, LMS, Recruitment, CMMS, vCard, Contract, Rotas and other add-ons you have enabled.
Centralised settings

Copy the webhook URL from the workflow in n8n, then in GetBizApps System Settings select the add-on it should listen to, choose the HTTP method and paste the URL. Configuration is centralised there, so all your webhooks are managed from one screen.
