Quotation
Quotations with version control, stock awareness and a clean route to invoice.
Quotation produces numbered, itemised quotations with per-line pricing, discount and tax, drawing products and unit prices straight from warehouse inventory with stock checked as you build. Revisions are tracked as versions against the original, so you can compare what changed and roll back if needed. An accepted quotation converts directly into a sales invoice with its data intact.
Inside Quotation
What you get when you switch it on.
Automatic numbering
Every quotation is issued with a QT-YYYY-MM-XXX number, so the sequence is consistent, sortable and easy to quote back over the phone.
Line items and tax
Multiple products per quotation, each with its own price, discount and tax configuration. Multi-rate tax is supported and calculated per line item.
Warehouse inventory
Products are selected from warehouse inventory with the unit price populated automatically and stock checked in real time, so you are not quoting what you cannot supply.
Revision control
Changes are kept as versions in a parent-child relationship with automatic version numbering, so the original quotation is preserved rather than overwritten.
Comparison and rollback
Compare two versions to see exactly what changed between them, and restore a previous version when a customer decides the earlier scope was right after all.
Status workflow
Draft, sent, accepted and rejected, with an approval step before a quotation goes to the customer and an automated email on every status change.
Invoice conversion
An accepted quotation converts directly into a sales invoice with its data transferred in full, and payment terms are managed with automated reminders.
Audit trail and analytics
Complete modification history with timestamps and user attribution, plus reporting on conversion rates and quotation performance.

02
Handling a customer who keeps changing the spec
Each revision is a numbered version against the original, so you can show what changed between them and roll back when they settle on an earlier scope.
03
Getting paid after a yes
An accepted quotation converts straight into a sales invoice with the full data transferred, and payment terms come with automated reminders.

How add-ons work
Quotation is not a separate app.
It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.
01
Switch it on
Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.
02
It shares your data
The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.
03
Your roles still apply
Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.
04
Your price adjusts
It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.

Quotation, in their words.
Quotation and Sales help us keep customer enquiries, revised quotes, and orders organised. When a customer asks about an earlier offer, our team can follow the record instead of searching through email attachments.

Quotation questions.
What people ask before switching this one on.
Quotations are numbered automatically in a QT-YYYY-MM-XXX format, which encodes the year and month alongside a running sequence. That keeps the register sortable and makes a quotation easy to identify when a customer calls about it.
The revised quotation is stored as a new version in a parent-child relationship with the original, and the version number increments automatically. The original data is preserved, comparison tools show the differences between versions, and you can roll back to a previous one.
Yes. Products are selected from warehouse inventory with unit prices populated automatically, and stock is checked in real time as the quotation is built. That prevents quoting quantities you cannot fulfil.
An accepted quotation converts directly into a sales invoice with the complete data transferred, so line items, pricing and tax do not have to be re-entered. Payment terms are then managed with automated reminders, and conversion rate analytics report on how many quotations reach that point.
The Sales add-on's quote is one step in its opportunity-to-order flow, created from a linked opportunity and converted onward to a sales order. Quotation is a dedicated document module: its own numbering scheme, warehouse stock checking, full parent-child revision control with comparison and rollback, and direct conversion to a sales invoice. Teams that issue many revised quotations tend to want Quotation specifically.
Quotation is a quotation management add-on for GetBizApps Suite that creates automatically numbered, itemised quotations with multi-rate tax and real-time warehouse stock checking, tracks revisions as parent-child versions with comparison and rollback, moves each quotation through draft, sent, accepted and rejected with automated email notifications, and converts accepted quotations directly into sales invoices. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/quotation.
Quotation is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.
Quotation runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.
Yes. Add-ons can be switched on and off as your needs change, and your subscription adjusts to match what is currently enabled.
