Sales
Sales
Accounts, opportunities, quotes, orders and invoices on one desk.
Sales is the full sales-operations module: accounts with their own billing and shipping profiles, contacts linked to a parent account, and a stage-based opportunity pipeline carrying value and probability. Opportunities become quotes, quotes convert to sales orders, and sales orders to sales invoices, with itemised pricing, discount and tax carried through every step. Cases, document folders, meetings and calls sit on the same records, and a dashboard reports across all of it.
Inside Sales
What you get when you switch it on.
Accounts and contacts
Accounts hold detailed billing and shipping profiles, assigned users and an activity stream. Contacts are linked to their parent account, and both can be searched, filtered and viewed as a grid or a list.
Opportunity pipeline
Opportunities move through stages you define, each carrying its value and a probability, so the pipeline reads as a weighted figure rather than a list.
Quotes
Create a quote directly from a linked opportunity, duplicate an existing one in a click, and track its status and expiry through to acceptance.
Sales orders and invoices
Quotes convert to sales orders and sales orders to sales invoices, with editing permissions controlled at each step and print and sharing available on every document.
Item and pricing management
Line items carry their own price, discount and tax, and totals are calculated for you — consistently across quotes, orders and invoices.
Case management
Customer issues are tracked as cases with a priority and a status, kept against the account they belong to rather than in a separate system.
Meetings and calls
Schedule meetings and calls with multiple participants, link them to a parent record for context, mark them scheduled, completed or cancelled, and record whether a call was inbound or outbound.
Documents and analytics
Hierarchical folders with document types and access control keep files organised, while the dashboard reports on quotes, sales orders and sales invoices by date range, account and status.

Where it earns its place
What teams switch Sales on for.
01
Running a quote-to-invoice desk
One flow takes an opportunity through quote, sales order and invoice without anyone rekeying line items, prices or tax between stages.
02
Keeping an account's history together
Quotes, cases, documents, meetings and calls all hang off the same account, so the full relationship is readable from one page.
03
Reporting on the sales desk
Dashboard analytics by date range, account and status show what has been quoted, ordered and invoiced without anyone assembling a spreadsheet.

How add-ons work
Sales is not a separate app.
It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.
01
Switch it on
Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.
02
It shares your data
The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.
03
Your roles still apply
Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.
04
Your price adjusts
It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.
See what Sales costs alongside the rest of your setup.

Sales, in their words.
Quotation and Sales help us keep customer enquiries, revised quotes, and orders organised. When a customer asks about an earlier offer, our team can follow the record instead of searching through email attachments.

Sales questions.
What people ask before switching this one on.
CRM is the core record layer — leads, contacts, companies, deals and logged activity. Sales is the wider operations module built on top of that idea: accounts with billing and shipping profiles, an opportunity pipeline with probability, and the full quote, sales order and sales invoice flow with cases, documents and analytics. If you only need to track relationships and a pipeline, CRM is enough; Sales is for teams running commercial documents end to end.
A quote is created from the linked opportunity, carrying its items and pricing. Once accepted, the quote converts to a sales order, and the sales order converts to a sales invoice, with tax, discount and totals recalculated consistently at each step and editing permissions controlled along the way.
No. Sales runs the pipeline and the commercial documents; paying the people who produced them is the Sales Agent add-on, which calculates commission from posted sales invoices using percentage, fixed, tiered or hybrid plans. The two work together — Sales produces the invoice, Sales Agent works out what is owed on it.
Yes. Cases are tracked with a priority and a status against the account they concern, alongside stream comments for updates and file sharing. Supporting documents live in hierarchical folders with document types and access control.
A dashboard with metric cards and progress indicators, plus donut chart analytics filterable by date range, account and status. Quotes, sales orders and sales invoices each have their own analytics, with radial column charts for trends over time.
Sales is a sales-operations add-on for GetBizApps Suite that manages accounts and contacts, runs a stage-based opportunity pipeline with value and probability tracking, and converts opportunities into quotes, sales orders and sales invoices with itemised pricing, discount and tax, alongside case management, hierarchical document folders, meeting and call scheduling, and dashboard analytics. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/sales.
Sales is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.
Sales runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.
Yes. Add-ons can be switched on and off as your needs change, and your subscription adjusts to match what is currently enabled.
