To Do
The daily list, next to the work it belongs to.
To Do is for the tasks a person or a team works through in a day. Each one carries a title, a duration, an assignee, a priority and the add-on it relates to, and moves across a drag-and-drop board of stages you define. A calendar view lays the same tasks out by date and marks the days that are already busy.
Inside To Do
What you get when you switch it on.
Task creation
Create a task with a title, a duration or date, the user it is assigned to and the add-on it relates to, plus a full description and category.
Priorities and deadlines
Set priorities, assign responsibilities and monitor deadlines, so what is urgent is marked as urgent rather than inferred from position in a list.
Board view
Manage tasks visually by stage using drag-and-drop cards, with a count of tasks on each stage and the board updating in real time.
Custom task stages
Add or customise stages with your own names and distinct colours, reorder them by dragging, and delete the ones you no longer use.
Calendar view
See tasks laid out by their scheduled start and end dates, with busy days highlighted by task count, so scheduling and task detail sit together.
Quick actions
Mark complete, view, edit or delete straight from the card, so the routine handling of a list does not require opening each item.
Cross-department tasks
Tasks integrate with the other departments and add-ons you run, so a to-do sits next to the record it came from rather than in a separate app.

Where it earns its place
What teams switch To Do on for.
01
Running a personal day
The tasks one person needs to get through, with priorities and durations, held in the same system as the work they refer to.
02
Splitting a team's daily work
Assignment and priority on every task make it clear who is doing what today, and the stage count shows where work is piling up.
03
Scheduling around a busy week
The calendar view highlights the days already carrying the most tasks, so new work is scheduled into the gaps rather than onto the peaks.

How add-ons work
To Do is not a separate app.
It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.
01
Switch it on
Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.
02
It shares your data
The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.
03
Your roles still apply
Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.
04
Your price adjusts
It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.

Why teams run on GetBizApps Suite.
These are customers talking about the Suite as a whole rather than the To Do add-on specifically — every add-on runs on the same platform they are describing.
Our HR team now handles attendance, leave, employees and payroll-related workflows alongside the rest of the organization. The visibility across departments is much better than before.
The webhook and API options were important for us because we already had internal systems. GBA Suites fitted into our workflow rather than forcing us to rebuild everything around it.
We connected Slack notifications, cloud storage and our payment gateway with GBA Suites. Those small integrations have reduced a surprising amount of manual follow-up.

To Do questions.
What people ask before switching this one on.
It is for daily task organisation, personal and team. You create a task with a title, a duration, an assignee, a priority and the add-on it relates to, then work it across a board of stages or view it on a calendar by date. It is the running list of what needs doing alongside your work records.
To Do is the day-level list — personal and team tasks with priorities, durations and stages, covering whatever a person needs to get through. Task management inside a project is scoped to that project's plan, milestones and deliverables. Many people use both: the project holds the plan, To Do holds today.
Yes. Stages are added and customised with your own names and distinct colours, reordered by dragging, and deleted when no longer needed. The board updates in real time as stages change, and each stage shows how many tasks are sitting in it.
By dragging the card. Status updates instantly when a task is dragged from one stage to another on the board, so keeping the list current is a single movement rather than opening a task and editing a field.
Yes. The calendar view displays tasks by their scheduled start and end dates and highlights busy days with a count of tasks on them, with a date-organised list showing priority and duration. That puts scheduling and task detail in the same place.
To Do is a task management add-on for GetBizApps Suite covering personal and team daily tasks. Tasks are created with a title, a duration or date, an assigned user, a priority and the add-on they relate to, then managed on a drag-and-drop board of colour-coded stages you define, or on a calendar that shows them by scheduled start and end date and highlights busy days with task counts. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/to-do.
To Do is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.
To Do runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.
Yes. Add-ons can be switched on and off as your needs change, and your subscription adjusts to match what is currently enabled.
