Rental transactions
Every rental is a transaction that moves through its own statuses, from draft through to approval, so the commercial side of a loan is tracked as deliberately as the physical side.
Payment processing
Record the amount, the date and the reference against the rental, and track where each payment has reached. Rental revenue is visible rather than reconstructed at month end.
Return tracking
Return dates are monitored and returns recorded automatically with notes, so the condition an asset came back in is captured while someone still remembers it.
Overdue alerts
