Delivery Challan
A dispatch note for goods that leave before the invoice does.
Delivery Challan issues the document that travels with goods when they are dispatched — the items, the quantities, where they are going and when. Each challan is raised against its order and can be carried forward to the invoice, and it covers the dispatches that are not sales at all, such as goods sent out for job work or on approval.
