Internal Knowledge
Write the answer down once, somewhere people can actually find it.
Internal Knowledge gives your company guides, policies, training material and processes a single home instead of a folder nobody opens. Content is organised into knowledge books and articles, and an article can be a written document or an interactive mindmap when a diagram explains it better than prose. The point is that the same question stops landing on the same senior person every week.
Inside Internal Knowledge
What you get when you switch it on.
Knowledge books
Group related material into a book with a title, an assigned owner and a description. Files can be attached to the book itself, so guides, policies and internal processes sit in a clean categorised structure rather than a flat list.
Knowledge articles
Each article lives under a book and carries its own title, description and content type. The display adapts to the type you choose, so a written procedure and a diagram do not have to be forced into the same format.
Interactive mindmaps
Break a complex idea into connected nodes. Start with a main node, expand it with as many child nodes as the subject needs, and rearrange the whole thing by dragging.
Mindmap linking
A saved mindmap can be attached directly to the knowledge article it belongs to, so the visual version and the written version stay together instead of drifting apart.
Gallery view
Browse articles in a clean gallery layout rather than scrolling a table, which is what makes a growing library something people will actually explore.
Article settings
Control who can see an article and whether readers can leave feedback on it, so the library can hold both open guidance and material meant for a narrower audience.
File attachments
Attach the supporting documents to the entry they relate to — the form, the policy PDF, the spreadsheet — so the reference and the file arrive together.
Full entry management
View, edit, duplicate, copy a link to, or delete any entry. Keeping the base current is a routine action rather than a project.

Where it earns its place
What teams switch Internal Knowledge on for.
01
Onboarding without a shadow
New starters read the same guides everyone else does, instead of learning the job by interrupting whoever sits nearest.
02
Policies people can find
Company policies live in a named book with an owner, so there is one current version rather than three attachments in three inboxes.
03
Explaining a process visually
A mindmap breaks a multi-step process into connected nodes and attaches to the written article, for the people who need to see the shape of it.

How add-ons work
Internal Knowledge is not a separate app.
It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.
01
Switch it on
Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.
02
It shares your data
The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.
03
Your roles still apply
Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.
04
Your price adjusts
It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.

Internal Knowledge questions.
What people ask before switching this one on.
It gives your company's internal documents, policies, training guides and processes one centralised place to be stored, organised and shared. Material is grouped into knowledge books and then into articles, so people can find a current answer themselves rather than asking a colleague for it again.
Internal Knowledge is for durable reference material the whole organisation reads — policies, guides and processes, organised into books and articles with visibility settings and feedback. Notes is for short personal or shared jottings against your own work, kept as colour-labelled cards and assigned to specific people. One is the company's reference library; the other is your notepad.
Yes. Articles support flexible content types, including documents and mindmaps, and the display adapts to the type you select. A mindmap is built from a main node expanded with child nodes, rearranged by drag and drop, and can be saved and linked directly to its related article.
Yes. Each article has its own settings covering visibility and whether readers can leave feedback. That lets the same library hold guidance open to everyone alongside material intended for a narrower audience.
Every entry can be viewed, edited, duplicated, linked to or deleted from the same place it is listed, and books and articles can carry attached files. Keeping content current is a routine edit rather than a rebuild, which is what stops a knowledge base going stale.
Internal Knowledge is a knowledge base add-on for GetBizApps Suite that gives company documents, policies, training guides and processes a centralised place to live. Content is grouped into knowledge books and then into articles, each article can be written as a document or built as an interactive drag-and-drop mindmap, and article settings control visibility and whether readers can leave feedback. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/internal-knowledge.
Internal Knowledge is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.
Internal Knowledge runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.
Yes. Add-ons can be switched on and off as your needs change, and your subscription adjusts to match what is currently enabled.
