Notes is a quick capture tool for the things you need to remember against a client, a project or a task. Each note has a title, a colour label and a description, and is either personal to you or shared with named colleagues. Everything sits in a card layout split into personal and shared, so a note is somewhere you can look rather than somewhere you scrolled past.

Quick note creation
Give a note a title, pick a colour, choose whether it is personal or shared, and write the detail. It takes seconds, which is the only reason anyone actually records anything.
Colour labels
A colour on every note groups things visually without inventing a filing system. Related notes read as a set at a glance.
Personal notes
Notes kept to yourself sit in their own section — thoughts, reminders and to-dos that nobody else needs to see.
Shared notes
Mark a note as shared and an assignment dropdown appears for choosing exactly which users it goes to, so context reaches the specific people who need it.
Card layout
Every note appears as a card showing its title and a short preview of the description, in a responsive grid split between personal and shared.
Edit and delete
Edit and delete actions sit on each card, so tidying up a note is one click rather than a detour through a settings screen.
Role-based access
Users get their own login access to Notes with permissions set by their assigned role, so what a person can see and do follows the role they already hold.

A personal note is only yours and sits in the personal section. Marking a note as shared reveals an Assign To dropdown for selecting the specific users it should go to, and it then appears in the shared section rather than being visible to everyone by default.
