Microsoft To Do
Your Microsoft To Do lists, inside the dashboard you already use.
Microsoft To Do connects your Microsoft account to GetBizApps through Azure, so personal and work tasks live in the same place as everything else. Tasks, lists, subtasks and attachments come across with their priorities, statuses and due dates, and can be created, updated and completed without opening a second application.
Inside Microsoft To Do
What you get when you switch it on.
Microsoft account connection
Connect through the Azure Portal with a Client ID and Secret ID. The link is credential-based, so it is set up once and belongs to your own Microsoft tenant.
Automatic token handling
Tokens are generated and the account linked automatically once credentials are in place, rather than being refreshed by hand whenever they expire.
Task synchronisation
Task data stays in step across platforms, so a task worked on here and one worked on in Microsoft To Do are the same task.
Task lists
Create lists for different needs and organise tasks into them. System lists such as Tasks and Flagged Email are protected from being edited or deleted.
Priorities and statuses
Each task carries a priority from low to high and a status of not started, in progress, completed, deferred or waiting — enough nuance to describe work that is genuinely blocked.
Grid and calendar views
Work from task cards showing name, status, priority and due date, or switch to a monthly calendar to see tasks laid out by date.
Subtasks
Break a task into subtasks and track progress across them, so a long piece of work shows how far along it is rather than just whether it is done.
Attachments
Attach files to a task so the document you need is on the task itself, not in a folder you have to go and find.

Where it earns its place
What teams switch Microsoft To Do on for.
01
One place for personal and work tasks
Staff who already keep personal tasks in Microsoft To Do see them alongside work assignments instead of switching between two habits.
02
Keeping Microsoft as the system of record
Teams committed to Microsoft To Do carry on using it, while managing the same tasks from the dashboard where the rest of their work sits.
03
Deadline visibility
The monthly calendar view puts due dates in front of people, which is usually what stops a task quietly slipping.

How add-ons work
Microsoft To Do is not a separate app.
It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.
01
Switch it on
Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.
02
It shares your data
The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.
03
Your roles still apply
Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.
04
Your price adjusts
It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.

Why teams run on GetBizApps Suite.
These are customers talking about the Suite as a whole rather than the Microsoft To Do add-on specifically — every add-on runs on the same platform they are describing.
The proposal-to-invoice workflow has been especially useful for our agency. Once a deal is approved, the rest of the process is much more structured.
We initially bought it for CRM. Six months later we’re also using projects, HR, accounting, contracts, forms and support. That probably explains the value better than anything else.
Being able to customize fields and workflows was a big deal for us. Our business does not fit neatly into a standard CRM template, and GBA gave us enough flexibility.

Microsoft To Do questions.
What people ask before switching this one on.
You register the application in the Azure Portal and enter its Client ID and Secret ID in the add-on's settings. Tokens are then generated and the account linked automatically, so the connection is established once rather than reauthorised every time someone uses it.
Tasks can be created, updated and deleted from inside GetBizApps, each with a priority from low to high, a due date, a description and a status of not started, in progress, completed, deferred or waiting. Tasks can be broken into subtasks with progress tracking and carry file attachments.
Yes. Your lists come across and you can create new ones for different needs. System lists such as Tasks and Flagged Email are protected from being edited or deleted, so the structure Microsoft To Do relies on stays intact.
Microsoft To Do is an integration: it connects an existing Microsoft account so those tasks and lists are managed from inside the platform, and Microsoft remains the system of record. Task Management is the platform's own task module for team work linked to projects and clients. Choose the integration if your people already live in Microsoft To Do; choose Task Management if you want tasks held in GetBizApps itself.
It suits staff and individuals who manage personal tasks alongside work assignments and would rather consolidate both into a single dashboard. Instead of checking one application for personal reminders and another for work, they see and manage everything from one screen.
Microsoft To Do is an integration add-on for GetBizApps Suite that connects a Microsoft account through the Azure Portal, using a Client ID and Secret ID, so Microsoft To Do tasks and lists are managed from inside the platform. Tasks can be created, updated and deleted with priorities, due dates, descriptions and statuses of not started, in progress, completed, deferred or waiting, and viewed as task cards in a grid or by date in a monthly calendar. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/microsoft-to-do.
Microsoft To Do is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.
Microsoft To Do runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.
Yes. Add-ons can be switched on and off as your needs change, and your subscription adjusts to match what is currently enabled.
