Procurement
Run the whole RFx process, from first request to onboarded vendor.
Procurement takes sourcing out of email threads and spreadsheets. You publish an RFx with the items you need, vendors browse and apply through a front-end portal with their own pricing bids and answers to your questions, and you rate, stage and archive applications until one is selected, interviewed and onboarded as a vendor.
Inside Procurement
What you get when you switch it on.
RFx creation
Create a request for proposal or quote with as many purchase items as it needs, added line by line rather than squeezed into one description field.
Vendor portal
Vendors browse your published procurement opportunities on a front-end portal and apply there, so sourcing reaches beyond the suppliers you already email.
Application submission
Applicants answer the custom questions you set, upload documents and submit a pricing bid, which means responses arrive comparable instead of in five different formats.
Application management
Work submissions as Kanban cards or as a list, with filtering to narrow a large field, and archive applications once they are done with.
Ratings and stages
Rate each application and move it through stages, so a shortlist is a recorded position rather than a conversation someone has to remember.
Applicant records
Applicant details, resumes and proposals are held centrally and can be filtered by name, gender or country, so nothing is buried in a mailbox.
Interview scheduling
Schedule and track interviews with the vendors you shortlist, each with a status of pending, cancelled or confirmed.
Vendor onboarding
Take a selected applicant through to the vendor list, so the supplier you chose becomes a record you can trade against rather than a decision in a document.

Where it earns its place
What teams switch Procurement on for.
01
Competitive tendering
Publish the requirement once and collect comparable bids through a portal, rather than chasing quotes supplier by supplier.
02
Shortlisting with a record
Ratings and stages make it clear why one vendor progressed and another did not, which matters when the decision is later questioned.
03
Onboarding new suppliers
Interviews, statuses and the move onto the vendor list happen in the same place as the application, so nothing is re-keyed at the handover.

How add-ons work
Procurement is not a separate app.
It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.
01
Switch it on
Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.
02
It shares your data
The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.
03
Your roles still apply
Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.
04
Your price adjusts
It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.
See what Procurement costs alongside the rest of your setup.

Procurement, in their words.
Tracking supplies across departments used to involve several spreadsheets. With Inventory and Procurement in GetBizApps, our team can check stock and organise purchasing from the same platform.
Procurement has helped us organise supplier requests and vendor onboarding. There is a clearer process to follow, and we spend less time piecing together information from different files.

Procurement questions.
What people ask before switching this one on.
RFx covers the request documents you issue to the market, such as a request for proposal or a request for quote. Each one can carry multiple purchase items, and once published it appears on the vendor-facing portal where suppliers can browse it and apply.
Vendors browse open opportunities on the front-end portal and apply there, answering the custom questions you set, uploading documents such as a resume or proposal, and submitting a pricing bid. Because everyone answers the same questions, the responses arrive in a form you can actually compare.
Applications can be worked as Kanban cards or as a list, with filtering to narrow a large field. Each one can be rated and moved through stages, and completed applications can be archived. A dashboard chart shows how many applications are sitting at each stage.
The selected applicant moves through an onboarding workflow: interviews are scheduled and tracked with a status of pending, cancelled or confirmed, and the vendor is then added to your vendor list. The sourcing decision and the supplier record stay connected rather than being maintained separately.
Procurement handles sourcing — deciding who you buy from, through RFx documents, vendor applications, ratings and onboarding. Inventory handles what happens to the goods once you have them, tracking quantities, warehouses, adjustments and stock valuation. One ends roughly where the other begins.
Procurement is a GetBizApps Suite add-on that manages the entire RFx process in one place, from creating a request for proposal or quote through to vendor onboarding. Vendors browse published opportunities on a front-end portal and submit applications with custom question answers, documents and pricing bids, which you then rate and move through stages in Kanban or list view before scheduling interviews and confirming the vendor. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/procurement.
Procurement is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.
Procurement runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.
Yes. Add-ons can be switched on and off as your needs change, and your subscription adjusts to match what is currently enabled.
