Scheduling & Calendar
Appointment
Send a link, ask the right questions, get the booking.
Appointment is for the case where you need a client to book a slot and tell you something before they arrive. You define a service — free or paid — set the weekdays and hours it is available and how long it lasts, then build the questions the form should ask. Share the link, and every response is stored against a schedule you can approve, complete or reject, with a callback list for the ones that need a follow-up.
Inside Appointment
What you get when you switch it on.
Service and availability setup
Offer services free or paid, match availability to your business hours and chosen weekdays, and set an exact appointment duration so the slots on offer are real.
Custom question builder
Ask what you need before the appointment happens, using radio, dropdown, checkbox or text questions with options of your own and each answer marked required or optional.
Field visibility control
Decide which standard fields a client has to fill in — a phone number, for instance — so you gather the essential details and avoid collecting data you do not need.
Client booking form
A clean front-end form showing only the fields and questions you configured. When a client picks a date, the available time slots for that date appear.
Shareable appointment link
Each appointment produces a link you copy and send directly to clients — by email, message or wherever you already talk to them. No portal login to set up.
Schedule management
Every booking is listed with its name, date, start and end time, the linked appointment and the schedule owner, and can be opened for the client's full set of answers.
Status workflow
Move a schedule through pending, approved, complete or rejected, so it is always clear which requests still need a decision and which are finished.
Callback tracking
A list of scheduled callbacks with name, date, times and status, linked to the appointment they came from, so a missed client is reconnected with rather than forgotten. Outdated entries can be deleted.

Where it earns its place
What teams switch Appointment on for.
01
Consultations that need detail up front
The question builder collects the case background before the meeting, so the first ten minutes are not spent gathering facts that could have been typed in advance.
02
Booking without a client portal
A copied link is all a client needs. They see only the fields you configured, pick a date and get the real slots for it.
03
Following up on missed appointments
The callback list keeps every client who needs another attempt, linked to the original appointment, so nobody drops out of the process quietly.

How add-ons work
Appointment is not a separate app.
It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.
01
Switch it on
Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.
02
It shares your data
The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.
03
Your roles still apply
Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.
04
Your price adjusts
It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.

Appointment, in their words.
GetBizApps Suite gives our reception team a clearer way to manage appointments and reminders. We spend less time checking separate calendars and can keep the day’s bookings organised.
Coordinating property viewings used to take too much back-and-forth. Appointment and Google Calendar help us organise meetings and keep our agents’ schedules easier to follow.

Appointment questions.
What people ask before switching this one on.
You create the appointment, copy its link and share it directly with the client. They open a form showing only the fields and custom questions you configured, choose a date, and the available time slots for that date appear for them to pick from. Their answers are stored against the booking for you to review.
You can build questions as radio buttons, dropdowns, checkboxes or free text, add as many options as you need, and mark each answer required or optional. That way the form collects the information the appointment genuinely depends on without asking for anything else.
Yes. Services can be offered free or paid, so the same module covers a no-cost introductory call and a chargeable consultation.
Callbacks track the clients you need to reach again — after a missed appointment or a completed one that needs a follow-up. Each entry shows the name, date, start and end time and status, and links back to the appointment it came from. Outdated entries can be deleted to keep the list current.
Yes, when the Feedback add-on is enabled. From the schedule you can send a feedback form to the client once the appointment is complete, so the response is tied to the specific booking it refers to.
Appointment is a GetBizApps Suite add-on for taking client bookings through a shareable link: you create a free or paid service with its own weekday availability, duration and required fields, build a custom question form using radio, dropdown, checkbox and text questions, and clients pick from real-time slot availability — each booking then appears as a schedule you can mark pending, approved, complete or rejected, with a callback log for follow-ups. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/appointment.
Appointment is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.
Appointment runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.
Yes. Add-ons can be switched on and off as your needs change, and your subscription adjusts to match what is currently enabled.
