Google Calendar
Two-way sync with the Google Calendar on your phone.
Google Calendar connects a Google account to GetBizApps Suite so scheduled work appears on the calendar people carry with them. You authorise the connection through Google's own sign-in, after which meetings and appointments created in the platform are written to your Google Calendar, and changes made on either side are reflected on the other. Access can be withdrawn from your Google account at any time.

Google account connection
The connection is authorised through Google's own sign-in screen, so the platform is granted calendar access without a password ever being entered into or stored by GetBizApps.
Two-way event sync
Events move in both directions: what is scheduled in the platform reaches the Google Calendar, and what is added to the connected calendar comes back into view in the platform.
Meetings and appointments
Meetings and client appointments booked in the suite are written to the connected calendar with their date and time, so they sit alongside everything else in the day.
Reschedules kept in step
When an event's time changes on either side, the other is updated to match, so the two calendars do not quietly drift apart over a week.
Cancellations reflected both ways
A cancelled event is removed from both calendars, so nobody turns up to something that was called off in the other system.
Available on every device
Because the events live in Google Calendar, they appear on any phone, tablet or computer signed into that account, without a separate app to install.
