Scheduling & Calendar
Calendar
Every date the business already has, on one calendar.
Calendar collects the dates that are scattered across your modules — invoices, work orders, meetings, interviews, leaves, holidays, appointments and project deadlines — and draws them on a single monthly view. Nothing has to be entered twice: the events already exist in the modules that own them, and Calendar simply shows them together. Individual events can also be synced out to an external calendar once the connection is configured in settings.
Inside Calendar
What you get when you switch it on.
Unified monthly view
One monthly calendar showing everything the business has scheduled, so planning does not mean opening six modules and reconciling them by hand.
Cross-module event feed
Events are drawn from the modules that already own them — accounting, HRM, CRM, sales, recruitment, contracts, appointments, maintenance and hospital management — rather than being re-keyed into a separate diary.
Invoice and contract dates
Sales and purchase invoice dates and contract milestones appear alongside everything else, so finance deadlines are visible to the people who have to plan around them.
Leave and holiday visibility
Approved leaves and company holidays sit on the same grid as the work, so a deadline is never set for a week when half the team is away.
Meetings and interviews
Meetings, calls and recruitment interviews land on the calendar as they are booked, giving sales and hiring teams a single timeline rather than two.
Deadlines and work orders
Project deadlines, due tasks and maintenance work orders are shown as dates, so what is coming due is obvious before it becomes late.
Per-event sync control
Each event carries a sync option that is set when it is created or approved. Only the events you mark are pushed out, so a private internal date never leaves the platform by accident.
External calendar connection
The connection is configured once in system settings using a calendar ID and a credentials file, after which marked events update the external calendar in real time.

Where it earns its place
What teams switch Calendar on for.
01
HR planning around absence
Holidays and approved leaves sit on the same view as deadlines, so cover is arranged before a busy week rather than during it.
02
Sales keeping track of commitments
Calls, meetings and invoice dates appear together, so a rep sees the whole week without moving between the CRM and accounting.
03
Project managers watching what is due
Due tasks and project deadlines are visible as dates rather than list rows, making a crowded fortnight obvious well in advance.

How add-ons work
Calendar is not a separate app.
It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.
01
Switch it on
Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.
02
It shares your data
The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.
03
Your roles still apply
Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.
04
Your price adjusts
It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.

What people ask before switching this one on.
Calendar shows events the platform already holds: work orders, meetings, sales and purchase invoices, holidays, appointments, interviews, project deadlines, hospital appointments and leaves. They are drawn from the modules that own them — accounting, HRM, CRM, sales, recruitment, contracts, appointments, maintenance and hospital management — so nothing is entered a second time.
No. Calendar is a view over the records your teams are already creating elsewhere in GetBizApps Suite. When an invoice is raised, a leave approved or an interview booked, it appears on the calendar without anyone copying it across.
Only the ones you choose. Each event carries a sync option that is set when it is created or approved, so internal dates stay internal unless you deliberately mark them for sync.
In system settings you open the calendar section, enable the integration, and enter your calendar ID together with the required credentials file. Once that is saved, events marked for sync update the connected calendar in real time.
Calendar displays what is already scheduled; it does not take bookings. Appointment collects booking requests from clients through a shared link, and Bookings runs a full service business with staff, packages and payments. Calendar is where all of their output, and everything else, can be seen together.
Calendar is a scheduling add-on for GetBizApps Suite that brings events from across the platform into one monthly calendar view — work orders, meetings, sales and purchase invoices, holidays, leaves, appointments, interviews and project deadlines — so teams see every commitment in one place instead of opening each module separately, and can sync individual events out to a connected external calendar. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/calendar.
Calendar is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.
Calendar runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.
Yes. Add-ons can be switched on and off as your needs change, and your subscription adjusts to match what is currently enabled.
