Outlook Calendar connects GetBizApps Suite to a Microsoft Outlook account so events created in the platform appear on the calendar people actually check. You enable the integration in settings, enter your Outlook client ID and secret, generate a token, and switch on sync for the events you want to share. Work and personal commitments then sit on one calendar, which is what stops two things being booked into the same hour.

Settings-level integration
The whole connection lives in one settings section: switch the integration on, supply the credentials, and it is running. No technical background is needed to complete it.
Client ID and secret
Connect using your own Outlook client ID and secret ID, generated following the supplied instructions, so the integration runs against an application you control.
Token generation
A generate-token step establishes the connection to your Outlook account securely, rather than storing a password anywhere in the platform.
Per-event sync toggle
Sync is switched on per event when it is created or approved, so only the commitments you choose leave the platform and internal dates stay internal.
Real-time sync
Marked events sync between the platform and Outlook in real time, so the calendar reflects what is actually booked rather than what was booked this morning.
