Scheduling & Calendar
Reminder
Nothing lapses because nobody was told it was due.
Reminder watches the dates attached to your records — a renewal, a payment, a follow-up — and sends a message before they pass. Reminders are linked to sales, purchase, lead and user records, trigger either a set number of days ahead or on a date you choose, and go out by email, SMS, Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp. Every send is logged, so you can see what went out, when, and whether it arrived.
Inside Reminder
What you get when you switch it on.
Multi-channel delivery
Send by email, Twilio SMS, Slack, Telegram or the WhatsApp API — whichever channel the recipient actually reads — all configured and tracked from one interface.
Record-linked reminders
Attach a reminder to a sales record, a purchase, a lead or a user, so the notification carries the context of what it is about rather than being a free-floating diary note.
Day-count triggers
In the default mode, a reminder fires automatically a set number of days before the deadline, so the lead time is a rule rather than something someone has to remember to set.
Manual date scheduling
Where a fixed lead time does not fit, pick the exact date the reminder should go out. User sub-module reminders are scheduled this way.
Daily repeat
A daily repeat toggle keeps the notification going until the matter is dealt with, for the deadlines that genuinely cannot be allowed to slip past unnoticed.
Delivery logs
A clear record of what was sent, when it was sent and whether it succeeded — so a missed renewal can be traced rather than argued about.
Filtering and control
View all reminders in one table with their key details, filter by module, status or date range, and enable or disable any of them without deleting the configuration.
Background automation
Schedules are monitored automatically and processed in the background on a daily cycle, with system activation and cronjob configuration handled at the administrator level.

Where it earns its place
What teams switch Reminder on for.
01
Contract and subscription renewals
A day-count trigger warns the account owner a set period before the renewal date, so the conversation happens while there is still time to have it.
02
Chasing payments before they age
Reminders attached to sales and purchase records prompt the right person ahead of the due date, rather than after the invoice has already gone overdue.
03
Keeping leads warm
Follow-up reminders on lead records reach the rep on the channel they actually watch, so a promising lead is not lost to simple silence.

How add-ons work
Reminder is not a separate app.
It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.
01
Switch it on
Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.
02
It shares your data
The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.
03
Your roles still apply
Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.
04
Your price adjusts
It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.
See what Reminder costs alongside the rest of your setup.

Reminder, in their words.
GetBizApps Suite gives our reception team a clearer way to manage appointments and reminders. We spend less time checking separate calendars and can keep the day’s bookings organised.
Our agents need to know what was discussed before making the next call. CRM, Notes, and Reminder in GetBizApps help us keep enquiry details and follow-ups organised as conversations progress.

Reminder questions.
What people ask before switching this one on.
Reminders are linked to sales, purchase, lead and user records, which covers renewals, payments and follow-ups. The reminder carries the context of the record it belongs to, so the recipient knows what the notification is actually about.
Email, Twilio SMS, Slack, Telegram and the WhatsApp API. Email reminders can go to custom addresses or selected staff, Slack goes to a configured channel via webhook, Telegram and Twilio use tokens and phone numbers, and WhatsApp reaches custom contacts or staff. All of them are configured and tracked from one interface.
Two ways. In default mode the reminder triggers automatically a defined number of days before the deadline. In manual mode you pick the exact date instead. A daily repeat toggle keeps the notification going until the matter is handled. Reminders on the user sub-module are scheduled manually only.
Yes. Delivery logs record what was sent, when it was sent and whether it was successful, across every channel, so you have evidence rather than an assumption.
Yes. Any reminder can be enabled or disabled without being deleted, so a seasonal or paused arrangement keeps its channels, recipients and schedule ready to switch back on.
Reminder is a GetBizApps Suite add-on that schedules automated notifications for renewals, payments and follow-ups: reminders are linked to sales, purchase, lead or user records, trigger either a defined number of days before a deadline or on a manually chosen date, and are delivered by email, Twilio SMS, Slack webhook, Telegram or the WhatsApp API — with a delivery log recording what was sent, when and whether it succeeded. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/reminder.
Reminder is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.
Reminder runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.
Yes. Add-ons can be switched on and off as your needs change, and your subscription adjusts to match what is currently enabled.
