What it will do
Bizwachat will send real-time WhatsApp messages for task assignments, reminders and urgent updates, reaching teams and clients whether or not they happen to be logged in. You will add your messaging API credentials on the settings page, then choose which add-ons trigger a WhatsApp alert — Account, Lead, HRM, Taskly, Appointment, CMMS, Contract, Recruitment and Sales among them — and which kinds of update are worth sending at all. Message content will be editable, so the wording can match how urgent the update actually is.

Bizwachat will deliver WhatsApp notifications automatically when something happens in GetBizApps — a task assigned, a reminder due, an urgent update raised. Because the message arrives on WhatsApp rather than inside the platform, the recipient does not need to be signed in to see it.
Bizwachat will focus on alerting: you choose which add-ons raise a WhatsApp message and write the wording to match the urgency, using your own messaging API credentials. WhatsApp via Twilio routes notifications through a Twilio account, WhatsApp API uses official credentials from Meta's WhatsApp Business platform, and WhatsApp Chat will be a two-way inbox for holding customer conversations rather than sending alerts.
The add-on is planned to work with Account, Lead, HRM, Taskly, Appointment, CMMS, Contract, Recruitment and Sales, with further modules to follow. You will decide which of those are allowed to send an alert rather than receiving everything.
