Coming soonFacebook Chat
Facebook Messenger conversations in one dashboard — in development.
Facebook Chat is a Communication add-on currently in development for GetBizApps Suite. It is not available to switch on yet. Tell us if you need it and we will let you know as soon as it ships.
Not available yet
Facebook Chat is still in development.
You cannot switch this add-on on today, and it is not part of any GetBizApps Suite plan yet. This page is here so you know it is coming and can tell us if you need it — what customers ask for first is what gets built first.
What it will do
Facebook Chat will bring Messenger conversations into GetBizApps, so customer enquiries, sales queries, support requests and page enquiries are handled in one place rather than in a separate app. Incoming messages will sync automatically and your team's replies will show up in Messenger immediately. Connecting a Facebook account will need only a Client ID and an Access Token.

What people ask about an add-on that is still on the way.
It will consolidate Facebook Messenger conversations with your other customer channels in a single dashboard. Incoming messages will sync automatically so your team can respond straight away, and replies sent from GetBizApps will appear in Messenger immediately.
Setup is planned to be short: a Client ID and an Access Token from Meta are what the connection needs. There will be documentation covering token generation and installation.
Facebook Chat covers Messenger specifically, while Instagram Chat covers Instagram direct messages and WhatsApp Chat covers WhatsApp conversations. All three are conversation inboxes rather than notification senders, which is what separates them from add-ons such as WhatsApp API and Telegram.
Not yet. Facebook Chat is a Communication add-on in development for GetBizApps Suite and cannot be switched on today. Let the team know you need it at https://getbizapps.com/contact and we will tell you as soon as it ships.
Facebook Chat will be priced as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription, alongside the ones you already have enabled. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to.
GetBizApps Suite has a catalog of add-ons available now covering CRM and sales, HR, finance, operations, documents, communication, security and payments. Browse them at https://getbizapps.com/addons, or tell us what you are trying to do and the team will point you at the closest fit.
