Google Forms is still in development.
You cannot switch this add-on on today, and it is not part of any GetBizApps Suite plan yet. This page is here so you know it is coming and can tell us if you need it — what customers ask for first is what gets built first.
What it will do
This integration will connect a Google account through secure OAuth authentication so Google Forms files can be accessed and managed from inside GetBizApps Suite, and submissions collected automatically into your records. Forms will be built with unlimited questions using text fields, paragraph inputs, multiple choice, checkboxes and dropdowns, with a live preview and auto-sync back to the Google account. Responses will be tracked in real time with responder details and timestamps, alongside search and filtering and a set of reusable form templates.

What people ask about an add-on that is still on the way.
It will collect Google Forms submissions into GetBizApps Suite records automatically, which suits feedback surveys, applications and intake questionnaires. Forms themselves will be accessible and manageable from inside the platform, with copying, direct editing and response tracking.
Five types are listed: text fields, paragraph inputs, multiple choice, checkboxes and dropdowns. Forms will support an unlimited number of questions through repeater functionality, with a real-time preview as you build and auto-sync back to the connected Google account.
Responses will be tracked in real time, showing who responded and when, with the captured fields based on the form's own structure. Advanced search and filtering will make a large response set workable rather than something you scroll.
