You cannot switch this add-on on today, and it is not part of any GetBizApps Suite plan yet. This page is here so you know it is coming and can tell us if you need it — what customers ask for first is what gets built first.
What it will do
This integration will push records into Google Sheets and pull updates back automatically, which is useful for building reports that the standard module views do not cover. A central dashboard will list every connected sheet in a table showing names, creation dates and modification timestamps, with folder-based organisation and custom titles. Sheets will be created directly from the platform into a chosen folder, edited in place, shared by link, and kept in real-time sync through a Google account connected with OAuth authentication.

It will push records from GetBizApps Suite into Google Sheets and pull updates back automatically. That is aimed at reporting work that the standard module views do not cover, where a spreadsheet is the more practical place to build the analysis.
A central dashboard will show all connected sheets in a structured table with sheet names, creation dates and modification timestamps, updating in real time. Sheets will be organised into folders and can be given custom titles, and new sheets can be created directly into a chosen folder.
Connection will use OAuth authentication with a credentials file set up in system settings, communicating through the Google Sheets API. That is what allows continued access without repeated logins once the account is linked.
