You cannot switch this add-on on today, and it is not part of any GetBizApps Suite plan yet. This page is here so you know it is coming and can tell us if you need it — what customers ask for first is what gets built first.
What it will do
This integration will let you attach and present Google Slides decks from inside project and client records, so a proposal sits beside the work it describes. Presentations will be created, duplicated in one click, deleted and organised from within the platform, with favourites for quick access and filtering by name, owner, shared or private status, or date range. Sharing will use granular permissions — reader, commenter or writer — with a copy-link action and the ability to view and revoke a collaborator's access at any time.

It will let you attach and present Google Slides decks from inside GetBizApps Suite project and client records, keeping proposals next to the work they relate to. Presentations can be created, duplicated, deleted and organised without leaving the platform.
Collaborators will be assigned a role when a deck is shared — reader, commenter or writer — and there will be a copy-link action for immediate access. Existing access can be viewed and revoked at any time, so who can open a proposal stays under your control.
Important files can be starred as favourites for quick access, and filtering will cover search by name plus filters on owner, shared or private status, and date range. Activity timelines and version history are also listed.
