Support Ticket
Turn a shared inbox into a help desk that nothing falls out of.
Support Ticket gives every customer issue an ID, an owner and a status. Requests arrive through a form you control, thread into a full conversation with attachments on both sides, and sit in categories your team defines — so nothing is buried in a shared mailbox and nobody has to ask what happened to a request.
Inside Support Ticket
What you get when you switch it on.
Ticket submission form
Customers raise an issue with their name, email, a subject, a description and any files that help. Every submission gets a unique ticket ID they can track it by.
Threaded replies
Each ticket carries its full conversation. Replies show who sent them — customer or support — and can carry attachments of their own, so context never has to be reconstructed from an inbox.
Colour-coded categories
Classify tickets by the kind of problem they are. Categories carry their own colour, so the queue is readable at a glance and can be filtered and routed by issue type.
Custom form fields
Add the fields your support process actually needs, choose their input type and width, and mark which are required — without touching code.
Built-in FAQ
Publish answers to the questions that come up again and again. Customers resolve those themselves, and the queue only carries what genuinely needs a person.
Status tracking
Open or closed on every ticket, so it is always clear what is still outstanding and what has been dealt with.

Where it earns its place
What teams switch Support Ticket on for.
01
Replacing a shared support mailbox
Every request becomes a tracked ticket with an owner instead of an email that three people assume someone else answered.
02
Splitting support across a team
Categories and statuses make it obvious who is handling what, so two people never work the same issue and none go untouched.
03
Cutting repeat questions
The FAQ absorbs the questions that arrive weekly, leaving the queue for problems that genuinely need a human.

How add-ons work
Support Ticket is not a separate app.
It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.
01
Switch it on
Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.
02
It shares your data
The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.
03
Your roles still apply
Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.
04
Your price adjusts
It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.
See what Support Ticket costs alongside the rest of your setup.

Support Ticket, in their words.
We wanted a more structured way to handle service feedback. GetBizApps helps us collect responses and track issues through Support Ticket, so our team knows what needs attention and who is handling it.
For property management, recurring billing and service requests are everyday work. Recurring Invoices & Bills and Support Ticket give our team a more organised way to handle both without relying on scattered spreadsheets and messages.

What people ask before switching this one on.
Customers use a submission form you configure, entering their name, email, a subject and a description, and attaching any files that help. Each submission is given a unique ticket ID they can use to follow it, and lands in your queue with a status of open.
Yes. You can add your own fields, pick their input type, set how wide each one sits in the layout, and choose which are required. You can also toggle whether the FAQ and knowledge base appear alongside the form.
Yes. Files can be attached both to the original submission and to any reply in the thread, from either the customer or your support team, so screenshots and documents stay attached to the issue they belong to.
Tickets are grouped into categories you define, each with its own colour for quick visual identification. Incoming tickets are assigned a category automatically, and the queue can be filtered and routed by issue type.
Yes, through the built-in FAQ. You publish answers to questions that come up repeatedly, customers find those themselves before raising a ticket, and the queue is left for issues that actually need a person.
Support Ticket is a help desk add-on for GetBizApps Suite. Customers submit issues through a customisable form, each one gets a unique ticket ID and an open or closed status, and your team replies in a threaded conversation with file attachments. Tickets are organised by colour-coded category, and a built-in FAQ section lets customers answer common questions themselves. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/support-ticket.
Support Ticket is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.
Support Ticket runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.
Yes. Add-ons can be switched on and off as your needs change, and your subscription adjusts to match what is currently enabled.
