Zoom Meeting lets you set up Zoom calls inside GetBizApps and attach the join links where they belong — on bookings, projects and client appointments. Meetings are created with a title, selected participants, a duration and optional password protection, and URLs are generated for hosts and participants without anyone passing links around.

Zoom API credentials
Enter your Zoom Account ID, Client ID and Client Secret once. Authentication is then handled for you and the connection stays consistent across the organisation.
Meeting scheduling
Create a meeting with a title of your choosing and schedule it without leaving the record the meeting is about.
Participant selection
Invite several people by selecting them from the platform, so the invitation list comes from your own user records.
Duration and password
Set how long the meeting should run and, when the conversation warrants it, protect the room with a password.
Automatic join links
URLs are generated for the host and for participants as the meeting is created, so nobody has to copy a link out of Zoom.
Attached to your records
