Performance Indicator
Turn targets into challenges, points and a leaderboard.
Performance Indicator applies gamification to work. Challenges are set for teams or individuals with defined rewards, difficulty levels and scoring criteria, achievements unlock on milestones, and experience points roll up into levels and continuously updating leaderboards. Teams earn a shared XP pool from completed challenges, which leaders then distribute through assigned tasks.
Inside Performance Indicator
What you get when you switch it on.
Challenges
Create challenges targeting a team or an individual, with the reward defined, a difficulty level set and scoring criteria decided in advance.
Achievements
Milestone-based achievements that unlock automatically when the milestone is reached, or on an administrator's verification where you want a check.
Team XP pools
Teams earn a shared pool of experience points from completed challenges, making a challenge something a group wins rather than a person.
Task-based distribution
Leaders distribute the team's XP through tasks assigned against specific roles, and usage is tracked so allocation stays transparent.
Leaderboards
Global leaderboards rank teams on collective challenge points and individuals on personal XP, updating continuously as work completes.
Personal dashboards
Each person sees their XP, achievements and level, with team task XP and individual challenge XP tracked separately and overdue tasks highlighted.
Levels and progression
Accumulated points move a person up levels, and the dashboard shows how far they are from the next one.
Scoring configuration
Set your own difficulty levels, criteria, categories, reward types and points-to-XP conversion rates — changes apply without disturbing existing scores.

How add-ons work
Performance Indicator is not a separate app.
It runs inside GetBizApps Suite, on the same data, behind the same login.
01
Switch it on
Enable the add-on from your workspace. It appears alongside everything else already running — no separate install, no second login.
02
It shares your data
The add-on reads and writes the same customers, staff and records as the rest of the Suite, so nothing has to be re-keyed or synced.
03
Your roles still apply
Existing permissions carry across. Decide which teams see the add-on, and what they are allowed to do inside it.
04
Your price adjusts
It joins your subscription as one more enabled add-on, and comes off again if you turn it back off.

Why teams run on GetBizApps Suite.
These are customers talking about the Suite as a whole rather than the Performance Indicator add-on specifically — every add-on runs on the same platform they are describing.
The webhook and API options were important for us because we already had internal systems. GBA Suites fitted into our workflow rather than forcing us to rebuild everything around it.
We connected Slack notifications, cloud storage and our payment gateway with GBA Suites. Those small integrations have reduced a surprising amount of manual follow-up.
The proposal-to-invoice workflow has been especially useful for our agency. Once a deal is approved, the rest of the process is much more structured.

What people ask before switching this one on.
Completed challenges earn experience points. Teams receive them as a shared pool that leaders distribute through tasks assigned against specific roles, and each member's XP profile updates as soon as a task is completed. Individuals also hold personal XP from their own challenges, tracked separately from team task XP.
Performance Indicator is a gamification layer: challenges, achievements, XP, levels and leaderboards. Performance is the formal appraisal system — goals, review cycles, assigned reviewers and rated written reviews. One drives day-to-day motivation, the other produces the evidence trail for promotion and salary decisions.
They can. Milestone-based achievements are configured to unlock automatically when the milestone is reached, or to require verification by an administrator where you want a human check before the award is granted.
No. Difficulty levels, criteria, categories, reward types and points-to-XP conversion rates are all configurable, and configuration changes apply without affecting existing scores data. You can adjust the system as you learn what works without resetting anyone's progress.
Yes. Administrators can access any member's performance overview, showing their XP, achievements, level and overdue tasks. The same information is on each person's own dashboard, so there is one shared view rather than a hidden report.
Performance Indicator is a GetBizApps Suite add-on that turns work into goal-driven activity using experience points, challenges, achievements and leaderboards. Challenges are created for teams or individuals with defined rewards, difficulty levels and scoring criteria; teams earn shared XP pools that leaders distribute through role-tied tasks; and global leaderboards rank teams on collective challenge points and individuals on personal XP, updating continuously as tasks and challenges complete. It is available at https://getbizapps.com/addons/performance-indicator.
Performance Indicator is billed as one of the add-ons in your GetBizApps Suite subscription. Your total is built from the add-ons you switch on, your number of users and the duration you commit to, in USD or INR. You can model it on the pricing page at https://getbizapps.com/pricing.
Performance Indicator runs inside GetBizApps Suite, so you need the Suite itself. There is no separate installation or login — enable the add-on and it appears alongside everything else you are already running, on the same data and the same permissions.
