You cannot switch this add-on on today, and it is not part of any GetBizApps Suite plan yet. This page is here so you know it is coming and can tell us if you need it — what customers ask for first is what gets built first.
What it will do
Team Workload will let you set each employee's capacity: specific daily or weekly hour limits, the working days that apply to them, and whether holidays are taken into account — so managers can tell who is overloaded and who is available before assigning the next piece of work. Employees will submit daily timesheets with hours, minutes and task notes, with estimated hours compared against actual logged time and any time beyond a person's assigned hours highlighted in red. Multi-day holidays with start and end dates and an occasion name will be created centrally, so workloads line up with scheduled time off, and workspace-level separation will keep each workspace's settings its own.

It will let you assign individual work capacities — daily or weekly hour limits, working days and holiday handling, set per employee. Managers will use that to identify overloaded versus available team members before assigning tasks, rather than discovering the imbalance afterwards.
Yes. Working days and schedules will be customisable per individual, and holiday consideration will be toggled per staff member, so both full-time and flexible working arrangements are supported within the same team.
Extra time entries will be highlighted in red automatically when staff exceed their assigned hours. Estimated hours will also be compared against actual logged time, so the gap between what was planned and what was worked is visible rather than calculated by hand.
